Prior to becoming CEO, Joanne served as the Vice President of Clinical Consulting providing leadership and training for CMS compliance and clinical documentation to JATA clients. Joanne has over 16 years of critical care experience in ICU, Surgery, and Emergency Department settings. She has been with JATA since 1998.

Jeanne McCarthy has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare consultant, vice president of hospital operations, clinical nurse specialist and staff nurse. Jeanne’s focus is improving hospital efficiencies and revenue based on her experiences from front line patient care to senior management and consulting. Jeanne was named the Vice President of Clinical Consulting at JATA in 2009. |
Amy S. Leopard, JD, MHA
Amy Leopard directs the Healthcare Compliance practice at Walter & Haverfield LLP. She advises hospitals, physician organizations and healthcare consultants on complex legal and regulatory issues including fraud and abuse, reimbursement, corporate compliance, HIPAA, licensing, and structuring transactions between healthcare providers. Amy also teaches advanced health law course at the Case Western Reserve University Law School and co-authored several chapters in the Matthew Bender Health Care Compliance Manual. Amy is listed in “Best Lawyers in America” for healthcare law, 2006-2008. |
